Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or returns after goods have been accetped and / or signed for. 

If your purchase is delivered damaged or in a condition you are not happy with then please contact the team as soon as possible. 

Refunds can not be issued at our shops 

All items will be delivered by standard royal mail unless otherwise requested. Any additional shipping requests will incur additional costs for the service requested. 

Please allow 3-4 days for your order to be processed. We aim to have your order delivered within 4-5 days but delivery times can vary.
